We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used tanning mitts or opened skincare bottles.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
